This workshops will introduce you to what acro-yoga is, starting with the very foundations. After preparing the body as an individual, we will discover how working with another person can help you improve your strength and flexibility and move deeper into stretches you maybe thought impossible. We will learn and play with the main positions that form the core of acro-yoga, and discover the ways in which this practice can be a whole new form of body communication.
