Elizabeth

first came to yoga 16 years ago and found a deep resonance as it became her way of life. Elizabeth completed her teacher training in 2008 at Sivananda Ashram, Kerala and travels to India regularly to deepen her practice in Ashrams, always seeking to learn more. She finds joy in teaching & sharing this deep well of knowledge. Her classes contain deep stretches & strong flowing asana that balance & counterbalance. She has been practicing mindfulness meditation since the 90's and passes on the teachings of Suan Mokkh Buddhist temple in Thailand in her yoga & meditation classes.

Bess

is a mindful & intuitive teacher who finds inspiration in the everyday to bring creative energy & variety to her flow classes. In 2010 Bess decided to discover more about Yoga and set off to India - training in the Sivananda style, enjoying the powerful body-mind-spirit benefits of this complete system. Since then Bess has developed a relaxed & explorative practice which focuses on bringing awareness to your body, encourages gentle movement & a comfortable, natural alignment as well as building strength, flexibility and stamina.  

Spike

is a qualified yoga teacher (500hrs) and her classes provide a balance of light-heartedness, challenge, and attention to alignment. She is also an Advanced Thai Yoga Massage Practitioner who has been

practising bodywork for over 15 years.  Believing we can all benefit from safe, supportive and mindful touch and she is inspired by the principle of unblocking the body's energy flow for greater healing and wellbeing. Whether you like a strong, deep massage or something softer she will work with sensitivity and care, and will listen deeply and intuitively to your needs.  

Tammy

is a Senior Yoga Alliance certified Yoga Teacher & Therapist with over 1000 hours of training who has practiced yoga since the age of 14 & been teaching for 6 years. She combines traditional Indian Yoga styles with a contemporary western approach to authentically help guide others to find their own love for & benefits from Yoga. Her teaching is spontaneous, light-hearted & she aims to adapt to meet the energies & needs of the group. Music is a prominent feature & sequences flow with rhythm & beat. Classes can be dynamic & uplifting yet always move toward inner stillness.

Nicola

has been an Ashtanga Mysore teacher for for over 4 years & is also a massage therapist. She shares many styles of yoga: Yin/Yang or healing/ energizing in a mentally engaging and fun way.The practice of yoga has supported her own transformational journey, therefore she shares her knowledge with a depth of compassion feeling honoured & humbled to guide others on their journey to a deeper understanding of self through the physical form. Through Yoga she wishes to share her message of love, compassion, unity and light.

Ceri

teaches dynamic vinyasa flow classes that focus on integrating movement and breath. Guiding strong sequences that encourage self-awareness of the body. She trained as a teacher in 2013 with the Sivananda Ashram in India. As her interest in bodywork and healing grew, she trained as a holistic & deep tissue massage practitioner at the London School of Natural Therapies. For Ceri yoga is a lifestyle as well as a physical practice. Overall, after one of her classes or massages you'll feel more physically relaxed and mentally, emotionally balanced.

Jodi

teaches a strong and refined asana practice of Vinyasa Flow, with creative meditative sequencing that build core strength, flexibility and balance

as well as great body awareness and integration.

Jodi says " Float, expand, dig deep and allow the breath to be your guide."

Her love of yoga led her to complete her teacher training with internationally renowned instructors

Meghan Currie James Bae and Dr Genieve Burley.

Chloe 

spent six years working in the media industry prior to becoming a teacher, and it was during this time that she deeply connected with yoga as a way to balance her busy life.

She completed her first training with the Sivananda Ashram in Northern India. Since then she has also completed her Strala Teacher Training.

Chloe strongly believes that by sensitising to the way you feel, you listen and respond to what your body needs. This self awareness is something that she tries to pass on through her teaching - flowing through movements in a way that feels good for you in that moment.

jodi

Ben

has been practicing mindfulness meditation for over 10 years. Previously he researched & lectured in cultural studies, retraining as a mindfulness teacher + counsellor following a period of illness. He completed his mindfulness teacher training with Breathworks who specialise in mindfulness-based interventions for pain & illness. He is currently working towards his accreditation. Ben also works as a health trainer with SPECTRA, a trainee integrative therapist at the West London Centre for Counselling & mentors for the Terrance Higgins Trust.

Natalie

focuses on creating a sense of freedom physically, mentally & energetically by developing a deep, honest connection with the self & others while also cultivating joy, exploration and lightness of being.

She started her practice aged 15 at a hatha class in her local college gym in Scotland. Since then her journey has spanned a wide range of traditional and contemporary styles & internationally recognised teachers in London, Mysore and elsewhere, including completing her teacher training in 2014. She also holds a degree in philosophy, training in yin yoga with Norman Blair + Sarah Powers and mindfulness meditation teacher with Michael Stone.

Jenny

has been practicing yoga since 1998 & later trained in India for 2 years which evoked an immense passion for yoga, with a deep curiosity & love for this discipline and way of life.

Since returning, she started practicing & training in Iyengar Yoga & qualified as a Level II Iyengar Yoga Instructor in 2016.

Jenny’s teaching is full of energy & insight. Her aim is to help everyone improve progressively in a safe & supportive environment. Jenny feels deep gratitude towards all her wonderful teachers, especially Alaric Newcombe, who continues to inspire and inform her.

Ebba (lr)

Ebba 

has been a globe trotting yogini the last decade, gathering knowledge from different schools in yoga, meditation, dance and healing to create her own style; HappySoulYoga. Yoga to raise your vibration! Creative fluid vinyasa sequencing, mixed with breath-work, freestyle movement and meditation with music playing a big part of classes too.

Ebba has over 500 hour TTC with Yoga Alliance, completing all her training in India. She also organises retreats in Ibiza, Sardinia & Sweden

Her classes are suitable for all; everyone should feel challenged but comfortable!  

Spike Danielle Laird

Danielle

is a sports & remedial therapist, reflexologist and holistic practitioner. She specialises in therapeutic, outcome driven treatments and has lots of experience treating a range of conditions, such as repetitive strain injury, sciatica, lower back and neck pain, plantar fasciitis, ankle sprain, tension headaches, IBS, stress and anxiety.

 

Each of her sessions involves a consultation, a chat about what you are hoping to achieve and home care advice. She is an insured member of the Complimentary Therapists Association.

Lucy Ead

Lucy

always had her heart set on working with the body and from travelling through Far East Asia, Tibet, India & Nepal she started to experience the world of massage & holistic therapies and understanding how they nurture and rebalance the mind, body & soul.

She is extensively trained, offering the following treatments: Reiki, Indian Head Massage, Deep Tissue, Sports, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point and Pregnancy Massage. She is continually learning and adapting her practice so everyone of us has an amazing individual experience. 

Sandra

has been practising mindfulness, yoga and meditation since 2009. Her spiritual journey started with a health-related issue and has developed into a deeper practise of exploration into what it is to live in balance in todays modern world. She knows it’s not always easy, and has therefore embraced her Reiki practise which has led to a deeper core understanding of the positive effects our energy within us and around us can bring. Her training in both lineages of the Japanese Usui System of Reiki with Torsten Lange and Debbie Goldsmith has solidified how to work best for the client and to trust and explore the subtle energies that exist.
