Elizabeth

first came to yoga 16 years ago and found a deep resonance as it became her way of life. Elizabeth completed her teacher training in 2008 at Sivananda Ashram, Kerala and travels to India regularly to deepen her practice in Ashrams, always seeking to learn more. She finds joy in teaching & sharing this deep well of knowledge. Her classes contain deep stretches & strong flowing asana that balance & counterbalance. She has been practicing mindfulness meditation since the 90's and passes on the teachings of Suan Mokkh Buddhist temple in Thailand in her yoga & meditation classes.

Bess

is a mindful & intuitive teacher who finds inspiration in the everyday to bring creative energy & variety to her flow classes. In 2010 Bess set off to India to discover more about yoga, training in Sivananda style, enjoying the powerful body-mind-spirit benefits of this complete system. Since then Bess has developed a relaxed & explorative practice which focuses on bringing awareness to your body through gentle movement, comfortable natural alignment as well as building strength, flexibility & stamina.

Dora

first came to yoga as a child when her mum, an Iyengar yoga teacher, sent her to classes where she’d hold downward dog for ten minutes at a time! Although this put her off for a while, eventually returning to yoga as a teenager, it instilled some principles in Dora’s practice that are visible in her teachings - alignment over depth, and integrity of the posture over all. Dora teaches strong and dynamic vinyasa krama, from the Ashtanga lineage, as well as Acroyoga. Expect the unexpected and move with mindfulness - be it through a sun salutation or flying on someone’s feet!

Nicola

is an Ashtanga Mysore teacher & shares many styles of yoga: Yin/Yang or healing/energizing in a mentally engaging & fun way. The practice of yoga has supported her own transformational journey, so she shares her knowledge with a depth of compassion. Honoured & humbled to guide others on their journey to deeper understanding of self through the physical form. Through Yoga she wishes to share her message of love, compassion, unity and light. Nicola also an Ayurvedic massage therapist.

Ceri

teaches dynamic vinyasa flow classes that focus on integrating movement and breath. Guiding strong sequences that encourage self-awareness of the body. She trained as a teacher in 2013 with the Sivananda Ashram in India. As her interest in bodywork and healing grew, she trained as a holistic & deep tissue massage practitioner at the London School of Natural Therapies. For Ceri yoga is a lifestyle as well as a physical practice. Overall, after one of her classes or massages you'll feel more physically relaxed and mentally, emotionally balanced.

Jodi

teaches a strong and refined asana practice of Vinyasa Flow, with creative meditative sequencing that build core strength, flexibility and balance as well as great body awareness and integration.

Jodi says " Float, expand, dig deep and allow the breath to be your guide."

Her love of yoga led her to complete her teacher training with internationally renowned instructors

Meghan Currie James Bae and Dr Genieve Burley.

Jodi is also a reiki and engery bodyworker.

Lauren

believes that yoga unlocks creative, transformational energy. Her yoga journey started in her early twenties and she has been teaching for 2 years. She teaches with a will of taking students out of their minds and into their hearts whilst releasing and surrendering to breath & movement. Her style is vinyasa with long juciy holds. Her classes are strong but soft, playful yet soulful. Lauren invites her students to simply feel, to be present on the yoga mat with a soft & forgiving attitude towards themselves.

Sandra

has been practising mindfulness, yoga & meditation since 2009. Her spiritual journey started with a health-related issue which lead to a deep exploration into what it is to live in balance in today's world, which is not always easy! She has embraced Reiki practice which led to a deeper understanding of the positive effects our energy within us & around us can bring. Training in both lineages of the Japanese Usui System of Reiki with Torsten Lange & Debbie Goldsmith solidified how to work intuitively for the client, to trust & explore the subtle energies that exist.

Francesca

has a playful and creative approach to yoga encouraging fluid movement whilst always being connected to the breath.  Trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Rocket, Mandala vinyasa & Yin, she likes merge the disciplines together to create a flow that's personal to each class. Expect to be led in softly towards a dynamic practice & closed into a deep meditative state. With a passion for yoga anatomy students will be directed to feel the pose, to move & breathe into their own personal limitations & accessibilities. She continues to love to learn & train with the hope of bringing new life & challenges to each of her classes.
